Painful shoulder to eblow... i have a sharp pain from my shoulder to my elbow, all down my arm.? - elbow pain causes hitting heavy bag
My arm soon make a sharp pain in the shoulder by my side. I have done nothing to make it harder to just bad start for no reason. I can not move the arm upward to backward or forward. I started yesterday evening, do not lift anything or nothing that is not sure of the cause or what could be affected ... no idea what it is and how to fix ... is very painful!

It could be muscular. Sometimes it takes one or two days to deteriorate to the point that you have.
You may have slept on his arm.
